About the position

Qualifio’s Human Resources internship offers the chance to have a first professional experience within a company in full expansion. You will soon be part of Qualifio’s dynamic and collaborative team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive student to join our Human Resources team in Louvain-la-Neuve for September 2024.

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with a variety of HR functions and will have a rare glimpse into the world of HR. Due to the nature of working in HR, it’s essential that you exhibit a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion. You will grow your professional skill set by working on tasks independently, as well as collaborating on projects with other team members.

We also value your unique profile and field of study and we can discuss how to align tasks with your interests during the recruitment process. Potential projects include employee surveys, talent management, training coordination, and more.

Next to that, you will collaborate with the HR team on various topics related to both Soft HR and Hard HR, like:

• Participate in daily HR tasks and collaborate with the HR team on different projects
• Help organise team-building activities & events
• Assist in the production and reporting of internal employee surveys
• Assist in all HR steps from recruitment to performance management
• Participate in the recruitment process: follow-up on job applications, preparation of integration documents, etc
• Assist with personnel administration tasks (payroll management, contracts, etc.)
• Participate in the optimization of the salary package (incentives, sport at work, collective bonus, conversion of the 13th month, …)
• Contribute to the training plan and the competency management
• Participate in benchmarking by department and by country

About you ????

• A current full-time student in Human Resources or a related field
• Fluent in French & English + other languages is a plus
• A multi-tasker with good time management skills (ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines)
• Curious, organised, proactive and always willing to learn
