As ICT Engineer - NEC 1st Line Support Lead, you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Monitoring team objectives and making adjustments where necessary
  • Expert in the Microsoft O365 environment
  • Participate and take the lead as ICT expert in infrastructure projects
  • Detect and communicate potential risks and/or incidents and initiate proposals to avoid them in the future
  • Maintain an overview of all ongoing activities with regard to the implementation and maintenance of the ICT support policies and procedures
  • Report to the ICT Team Manager NEC

jouw profiel

  • Bachelor’s degree in an ICT-related subject or equivalent through experience
  • Relevant experience in a managerial position
  • Good technical knowledge of Microsoft O365and Windows 10
  • Good all-round knowledge of the management of printers and peripheral equipment
  • Able to build long-term relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Very customer focus minded
