IKM - Data Management Coordinator


  • Working Location:Brussels, Belgium
  • Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Language:High proficiency level in English language



EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· A relevant Secondary Education
· 3+ years’ experience in Data, Information, Records, Knowledge and/or Content Management
· Advanced experience in SharePoint, administration and frontend SharePoint and web management
· Extensive knowledge and experience (4+ years) in the use of Microsoft office automation packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or other database application)
· Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian element
· Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
· Prior experience in Data, Information and Knowledge Management
· Wide experience in office communication and information systems
· High level of organizational, coordination and communication skills
