  • Follow up and arrange tickets in the ticketing system
  • Writing and developing procedures - also in the broader context (not just incident management)
  • At least three days a week on site in Bruges
  • Knowledge of ITIL is a bonus
  • Long-term
  • Profile: May be a junior profile with the right mindset
