IT Helpdesk - Responsibilities

  • Manage tasks related to user accounts, occasionally handling international client calls.

IT Helpdesk - Qualifications

  • You are fluent in French and possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well.
  • You have either gained practical experience in IT or hold a degree without prior experience.
