As international commercial coordinator, you provide commercial and administrative support and coordination to the European Sales Managers from VPK and its partners within the Blue Box Partners Alliance.

You are a strong team player who can work independently but knows how to function in a complex international environment.

Your function

  • You lead and coordinate European tenders, which means that : you take care of the administrative process, you consolidate country offers with European commercial services and make sure that the correct technical information is communicated to the relevant people
  • You support the international sales team, you have contact with European customers to obtain needed information and on the other hand you support the factories on the implementation of new contracts
  • You are the link between sales and legal and will have a supervisory role in the reporting and contract phases
  • You ensure the follow-up & support with European partners within Blue Box Partners
  • You prepare and participate actively in customer meetings with European Key accounts and share information with different stakeholders

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial, technical and international environment
  • English, Dutch, French – written and oral skills
  • Strong analytical & digital skills
  • Innovative & excellent negotiating skills
  • Driven & eager to achieve results
