As International Sales Manager you report to the Global Sales Director. You are responsible for the distributors and the end users of our products. You are highly motivated and committed to promoting the growth of the Company by maximizing our sales revenue.Main Responsibilities
- Set up and develop our network of distributors.
- Train distributors in our products and sales techniques.
- Visit the medical community and participate in congresses to promote our product lines and generate sales leads.
- Implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial function in the field of account management.
- Experience in managing a network of distributors.
- Very good business skills and customer portfolio management skills.
- Ability to train and coach.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Confident, strong personality, stress resistant.
- This role requires perfect fluency in written and spoken English and a good knowledge of French, Dutch or German.
- Team player.
- Readiness to spend 30% of your time traveling in Europe including the Balkan countries.
- Interest and/or experience in the medical field is a plus.
