Functieomschrijving The IT Product Owner - Team Leaderwill lead the Production Applications team and range.
  • You are the SPOC for companies and customers and are responsible for determining their IT needs. You do this through your thorough understanding of business processes.
  • You lead the team and their activities in projects and day to day activities. You are responsible for projects from feasibility study and prototype to implementation.
  • You work closely together with all shareholders to analyze business requirements and translate them to the right solution for the customer.
  • You are responsible for both operational and budgetary tasks. This means you must be a great communicator, negotiator and organizer.
  • You act a coach, leader, supervisor, and coördinator for your team members and assist where necessary.
Profiel
  • You have a master’s degree in engineering or science, IT or Business or relevant through experience.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in project/people management and application management and support.
  • Experience in .NET, MES, ERP, BI, ... are strong assets
  • You arefluent in English. In addition,communication in Dutch is an advantage.
  • You can work analytically, passionately and precisely
  • You arecreative and innovativeand able to think out of the box
  • You are a great communicator, negotiator and a true leader
  • You have a flexible attitude and happy to travel if needed
