IT Business Analyst - Order Management

(Salesforce, Vlocity, Billing, Order Management, BSS)

We are searching for an experienced IT Business Analyst with experience of Salesforce and Vlocity. The ideal candidate will have experience of order entry (SF/VC), Billing/BSS (BSCS) and Order Management.

You participate in meeting with senior stakeholders to understand the business needs and collect/document IT requirements. Yu will also design solutions and validate technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Telco Order Management systems and technical expertise in Salesforce/Vlocity, Telco Billing Systems and system integration with API.

Skills:

  • Telco BSS: mainly order entry (SF/VC), Billing (BSCS), Order Management (Tibco)
  • Salesforce/Vlocity
  • Telco Billing systems
  • Telco Order management systems
  • System integration: API (Web Service), system connectivity, security,

English and French or Dutch language skills required.
