Title:IT Support Specialist

Location: Liersesteenweg 4, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium

Duration:3 Months - Rolling contract - Extendable

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets accurately and efficiently.
Perform password resets, account unlocks, and other user access-related tasks.
Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
Install and configure operating systems, software, and Microsoft Outlook.
Conduct hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows and macOS devices.
Support VPN, Wi-Fi, IP, and DNS connectivity issues.
Utilize SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for endpoint management.
Follow up on outstanding tickets and ensure timely communication with users.
Maintain accurate records of support interactions, resolutions, and escalations.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in an onsite IT support role within an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS.
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with VPN, DNS, IP, Wi-Fi, and other network technologies.
Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for device management.
Experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
