The Jr Category Manager will help to build winning category strategies for the commercial teams by conducting studies, analyzing high level trends and marketing and market research. In this role, you will help analyze and translate consumer and market insight into strategies and tactics to define targeted customer segments and associated messaging. You will work closely with the Category Management team, Sales, Strategic Pricing, Marketing, Product line management, Technical teams and other stakeholders to help identify the right growth drivers for category specific portfolios and solutions in Food & Beverage. You enjoy exploring and collecting data, connect the dots to provide new market intel and collect data for our value propositions. Key Accountabilities
Support the design, development and implementation of marketing programs and pricing strategies to support the organization’s products, services or market sector. Provide analytics support to deliver market insights to internal and external business clients. Analyze markets to identify opportunities, establish product requirements and develop category strategies. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
