As part of Avanade’s Organizational Change Management team, our role is to help clients develop and deliver their digital workplace strategies and addressing the organizational and employee impact. Our mission is to support our clients in understanding the organizational and people impact of their digital transformation and guide them through this challenging journey. Working with our clients, we help them taking a leap forward by transforming their way of working, drive adoption and deliver the expected return on their digital workplace strategy.

Even if a project is delivered on time, on budget and meets the technical requirements, that doesn’t mean it will deliver the expected results and outcomes. Why? Because often, the solution might not fully match the need of the end users or the why behind the transformation is not understood. In other words, the people side of the change didn’t get the attention it needs. That’s where we come in.

To help us grow our team and practice, we are looking for a Junior Organizational Change Management Consultant. This is a non-technical role that focuses on people and organizational change, working within an exciting and dynamic technology driven consultancy practice.

What you will do

You will build a sustainable relationship with the client and understand their business and change journey. Together with your colleagues and in close collaboration with the client, you will implement the change strategy. Together, we will guide the client through their digital transformation towards adoption by preparing, equipping, supporting and helping them find a peace of mind. You will focus mainly on developing and delivering training, creating support and communication materials, implementing the strategic plans, making sure the project management office is on point and preparing and co-facilitating workshops.

You will also get the opportunity to shape the journey of our Belgian team as an active member of our community. We value your feedback and ideas!

  • French proficiency
  • Change/project management experience
  • Training experience
  • Graphic skills (e.g. Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
  • Knowledge of the a change methodology (e.g. PROSCI)
