Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build solid relationships with candidates, consultants and colleagues
  • Outgoing personality; strong willingness to search, identify and meet new talents
  • Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently with close attention to details
  • Flexibility to deal with last minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude; willingness to bring innovative and proactive input
  • Ability to properly handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French or Dutch
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when necessary
What You’ll Do

You will work with the lead recruiter/manager to plan the recruiting event calendar and manage all event logistics, scheduling and communications.

You will support the management of relevant data and systems including candidate tracking database, consultant sign-ups and decision tools. You will also support the tracking and analysis of candidate and budgetary data including ad hoc requests.

In addition, you will contribute to team strategic sessions and team projects as well as contribute to resume screening and decision meeting administration. You will perform administrative functions for core teams including maintaining student files, organizing conference calls and responding to miscellaneous requests

Lastly, you’ll serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the attraction, interview, offer and cultivation stages.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be based in our Brussels office as part of a highly professional and motived recruiting team. You will work closely with 3 recruiters and you will share your McKinsey journey with a diverse group of colleagues and mentors.

You will have the opportunity to partner with multiple internal clients across Europe to scope out requirements, leverage the expertise and support of other recruiting colleagues as well as interact with candidates, consulting them on new, exciting and rewarding careers across multiple pathways and a broad variety of roles.
