  • The negotiation of contracts, conditions and salary expectations
  • Sourcing and finding the most remarkable candidates for the financial sector
  • Connectingprospective candidates with international clients
  • Cold calling and looking for the best available talents

Profiles

  • You are dedicated enough to go for the extra mile
  • You have the sales-driven mindset of a professional who can think out of the box
  • You have a high-level English proficiency and you are fluent in French or Dutch
