Your mission

Anais Digital is looking for energetic and motivated student or recent graduate to join our Sales team as a Junior Sales Representative in our Brussels office. The Sales role will provide a unique chance to begin a career in sales in an ambitious tech company environment.

You will be part of a company that believes that its success is strongly tied to its employees’ level of satisfaction.

We’re looking for a results-driven junior sales rep. to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Your skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Know-how on building rapport with prospective and existing customers
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn new things
  • A desire for a career in sales
  • Outgoing personality and easy to have conversations with
  • Assertive personality, persistent, and a great listener

What you need to do

  • Research and prospect top accounts
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify new opportunities in the marketplace
  • Help establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Deploy customer surveys and follow-up with customers as appropriate
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
