You will assist international leading companies as they shape the future through customer-centric innovation and commercial excellence. Together with our clients, you will work on exciting and important topics such as innovation in healthcare, innovative business models, deep understanding of customer needs, shaping marketers of the future, and much more. Since our company is growing, we are seeking new colleagues to expand and strengthen our current team.

MTI² was founded by prof. dr. Stefan Stremersch, a globally renowned thought leader on marketing and innovation. As a university spin-off, our purpose is to enable people and firms to transform their innovation potential into market success. We work with a broad set of clients, allowing you to learn and grow with every assignment. Our clients include leading firms such as Boehringer Ingelheim, KLM, Merck, Atlas Copco, Michelin, Baloise Insurance, Novartis, and SKF, among others. We have also advised government agencies (such as the Flemish Government and the Fund for Scientific Research), large cities (such as the city of Rotterdam), and universities (such as the University of Ghent, University of Hasselt, UC Louvain, among others). Our assignments have stretched all around the globe from North and South America, over Europe and Middle East, to Far East (mostly, India and China).

You are a unique and dynamic person who is excited to help us grow our business. As a junior strategy consultant at MTI², you will be closely working with a tight-knit team of other unique personalities.

In this role you will

• support leading companies in developing their marketing and/or innovation strategy
• work in areas such as marketing strategy, learning & development, design thinking, ideation, innovation maturation, innovation governance, business model innovation, crowdsourcing
• work with diverse teams and coach them to reach their top potential
• find yourself in a stimulating environment, joining a team of experts passionate about marketing and/or innovation
• continuously be encouraged to keep learning and growing as a strategy consultant

Who are we looking for?

• You have a University Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in (business) economics, engineering, educational sciences, organizational psychology, … .
• You already have a first working experience but you want to expand your horizon
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• You have a hands-on mentality and love to learn by doing: you have a real ‘I can get it done’ mentality and want to help to grow our business.
• You strive for excellence in everything that you do and you have an eye for detail.
• You realize that working hard is a prerequisite to all noteworthy achievements.
• You are open to working on-site (Stekene, Belgium).
