Our client is the Belgian market leader in the Food Retail Chains in the Fashion category. Their portfolio of Brands is synonymous with passion, glamour and style. Delivering a steady growth on yearly basis, the company commercialize through both classic Retailers as well as specific professional channels. Lately, our client has jumped into the e-commerce channel delivering a new source of revenue.
Strong by the Brands but locally very agile, their small and flat structure enables, and even promotes, an entrepreneurial mentality, with a direct decision-making process and immediate visible results.
Your mission
Your main objective is to maximise the turnover of our client in the stores. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will implement the Belux sales strategy and adapt it to the brands under your responsibility in order to support a profitable and sustainable growth of our sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong client relationship
You will prepare and lead client meetings to ensure a frequent and productive relationship on the conduct of the whole business and the levers to be implemented.

- Fact-Based Selling
You are able to organise the figures in such a way as to generate and find the real insight that will be the key to category and brand growth with our customers.
- Business Steering
Drive revenue and capital expenditure projections and landings in line with and investment projections and landings in line with targets.
Ensure the level of profitability of customer accounts and ensure reporting related to the activity of the brands
- Accuracy of forecasting
Having the right products, in the right place, at the right time is key to the success of the commercial relationship and to good account management.
- Prospecting

Profile
- You have a Master’s degree and successful experience in a similar commercial role.
- You are customer-oriented, have experience in national negotiation techniques and know-how to create value
- You will be able to create value in sometimes complex contexts.
- You are creative and able to make proposals,
- You like to work in project mode and challenge the existing system.
- Your management skills, combined with your excellent interpersonal skills and your leadership skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
- You will have a very good command of Excel software and will be able to carry out the tasks entrusted to you.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good level of English.
