About the Company

As a dynamic and growing company, they deliver daily to customers across Belgium and combine tradition with a no-nonsense, customer-oriented approach. To strengthen their commercial team, they are looking for an enthusiastic Key Account Manager.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for customers across Belgium. You will maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, follow up on their requests, and proactively identify opportunities to grow the business. Prospecting and building new customer relationships is also an important part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner for customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Monitor accounts with a focus on both growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and manage customer documentation and financial follow-up.
  • Travel regularly across Belgium to meet customers.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and eager to learn on the job.
  • Valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel across Belgium.
