The Lead Operations carries responsibility for the Belgian operations to deliver excellent results servicing our customers whilst applying best-in-class international aligned processes. Together with the Operations team the Lead guarantees that objectives are met and works in close collaboration with the Sales and Partnerships Belgium team.

The Lead secures the eMobility services are delivered according to the SLA’S with our major customers. The Lead Operations is dedicated to ensuring alignment with the Dutch and German organizations and to applying one way-of-working across Eneco eMobility. In close collaboration with his Dutch counterpart, he is continuously looking for improvements and efficiency gains whilst adapting to a fast growing market.

Together with Installations and our installation partners, he ensures sufficient capacity and delivers solutions to installation related issues. The Lead Operations ensures the Supply Chain and IT challenges are met for the Belgian organization, providing the required support.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Care team, ensure its continuous growth and international alignment with the Netherlands and Germany
• Achieve the agreed sales targets in close collaboration with the Head of Sales and Partnerships Belgium
• Ensure the agreed SLA’s and Must Win Battles for Operations are met
• Identify and implement continuous improvements within the operations
• Achieve and maintain a good working relationship with our largest customers ensuring our SLA’s are met

Eneco eMobility is a fast-growing charging service provider in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. We make electric driving easy for your customers and take care of the installation and operation of charging facilities for electric cars. Eneco eMobility started in 2007 as a project within parent company Eneco. The company has evolved from a department within Eneco to an independent international company with 150 colleagues with Eneco Group as its shareholder. This independence is characterized by its own identity and office: Eneco eMobility is located in the heart of Rotterdam opposite from Central Station.

We are looking for a highly independent worker, self-driven, but also valuable team player our form. You know where your priorities lie and how to manage and monitor your projects. It is important that you are a flexible colleague who is not afraid to pioneer in unknown areas.

• A Bachelor or Masters Degree with extensive experience in similar functions
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English, additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to lead and grow a team in a complex and fast-changing environment
• Experience with SAFE/Agile methodology
• A dynamic team player with in depth entrepreneurial attitude and commercial sense
