TransPerfect is looking for a freelance Local Resourcing Specialist to assist with referring applicants to participate in several user research studies. We are expecting the project to last approx. 4 weeks.

Candidate must be able to communicate with people online and face to face to get them to apply for the projects as well as communicate with the internal team.

Job requirements

  • Must have expert proficiency in Dutchand live in one of the following cities:

Antwerp

Ghent

Bruges

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to engage with people
  • Creative and out of the box thinking
  • Recruiting and/ or B2C/ D2D sales experience (recruitment agency, sales or call center experience preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of local job market
  • Possesses a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Working knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practice.

You will get all the tools that will facilitate your search for participants and flexibility regarding working hours.
