Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities.

Some Of Your Duties Include

  • Providing administrative assistance to the management team
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Overseeing office operations and supporting basic information security administration
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for team members
  • Preparing and maintaining personnel records; assisting with payroll administration
  • Following-up on invoicing and insurance files
  • Handling incoming inquiries and correspondences

Profile

  • You are in possession of a bachelor’s degree, a few years of work experience is a plus
  • You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are well organized and can work independently and accurately
