Core responsabilities.
- Communication of the luxury brand positioning and brand USP’s to achieve an emotional connection of the customers to the respective brand.
- Close integration of the brands with DH’s loyalty program H Rewards.
- Development and increase of "Brand Awareness & Brand Sympathy" of the Luxury brand.
- Finding new cooperation partners for the luxury segment
- Brand Communication = Content Creation & Story Telling - Telling the Brand Key Moments - in close coordination with the Hotel Entry Point for Marketing / social media.
- To ensure brand standards, CI/CD and brand product management of the luxury brands.
- 360-degree communication approach with focus on the "customer journey" – addressing the right customer with the right brand content in the right channel at the right time.
- Responsible for the creation of luxury marketing plans as well as marketing budgets - in close coordination with hotel activities.
- Market analyses and competitive intelligence; acquisition of new customers across all market-relevant channels.
- Luxury brand content - support of hotel in terms of content - in close coordination with content management in customer touch points.
- Briefing, commissioning, and managing cooperation partners, printers, and other service providers.
- Introduction and implementation of the new luxury strategy, integration, and management of a task force in close coordination with brand strategy.
- Responsible for maintaining the hotel’s social media channels in close consultation with the social media managers at the corporate headquarters.
- Creating short videos (skilled in video and image editing).
- Writing social media reports
- Optional: knows way around the world of influencers and can assess who would be a good fit for a cooperation with the hotel.
Who are we looking for?
A Marketing professional with a proven experience in the luxury segment
Profile- In-depth knowledge and experience in the marketing function
- Ability to apply best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products or services.
- Works independently, with minimal support.
- Possess conceptual and practical knowledge in your own discipline and basic knowledge in related disciplines
- Knows best practice operations and understands how own area interacts with others, knows relevant competitors and their differentiators in the marketplace.
- Solves complex problems; looks at existing solutions from a new perspective; makes judgement based on diverse sources of information.
- Influences a range of customer-facing, operational, project, or service-related activities within own or other similar teams; works within broader policies and guidelines.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information.
- Works toward compromise
- Applies best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years’ experience in marketing
- Fluent in French and English - fluency in Dutch is a plus
- Proven experience in similar position
