Marketing Assistant m/f

Our client is looking for an all-round marketing assistant

• In this role you will support the Belgian communication team and activities
• You will take care of general office tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaign Assistance: Understanding of campaign life cycle, assisting in developing materials in line with the running campaign :
  • Email Marketing: Creating and building emails for email marketing campaigns using software such as Marketing cloud.
  • Website Management: Building webpages, creating landing pages and generally updating the website using software such as Word Press
• Customers Management: Follow up of consumers & scientists requests : sending of brochures, free dial number, follow up of reaction on social media, follow up sponsoring’s
• General support for external activities: involved in the organisation of fairs, seminars.
• Contact person for the general functioning of the office: daily post, reception, office supplies.

In this position you will report to our client’s communication projects manager.

• You have a proactive attitude and have a personal passion to bring out the best in yourself and others, and stimulate continuous improvement. You also have excellent attention to detail and superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Furthermore, you are an enthusiastic, proactive team player who combines organizational sensitivity with steadfastness.
• Team spirit, but also being able to work independently.
• Customer-oriented thinking.
• And further:
  • Fluent in both French/Dutch (Flemish) and English (our common language in Europe).
  • A minimum of experience in a similar function

• Full-time interim position (min 3 months).
