Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for marketing, exceptional organizational and communication skills, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and ability to take ownership of tasks and manage time appropriately. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, ensuring that every project is executed flawlessly and on schedule.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and implemented.
  • Coordinate and manage various marketing projects, from concept to completion, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize and manage marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and communication on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain an organized digital filing system for all marketing assets and documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in a coordinator or assistant capacity.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). This is a requirement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to a fastpaced, creative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe PremierPro, Canva, Hubspot, Monday.com, and Salesforce).
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
