Want to work as a marketing intern for a young and dynamic start-up?

[NL] Tiptoh is een plantaardig alternatief voor koemelk op basis van gele spliterwten. We hebben drie smaken ontwikkeld en lanceren officieel in de komende maanden. De keuze van je voeding is de meest invloedrijke keuze die een persoon op individueel vlak kan maken als het gaat over klimaatopwarming. Tiptoh is opgericht door Louis en Arnaud. Louis heeft hiervoor zes jaar als kinesist gewerkt en kwam met het idee om een pea-based drink te maken op de proppen. Hij kon zijn schoonbroer Arnaud gemakkelijk overtuigen om meteen na zijn studies van handelsingenieur mee te stappen in het verhaal. Vandaag zijn we anderhalf jaar verder en zijn we dus op zoek naar iemand die ons kan helpen op vlak van (digitale) marketing en communicatie bij onze nationale lancering.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

• sociale media: content plannen en uitwerken

• communicatie: meewerken aan de communicatiestrategie bij de lancering en ook effectief in de pen kruipen (denk aan mailtjes schrijven voor onze subscribers of de copy uitwerken van een flyer)

• digital advertising: samen met Louis en Arnaud de sales funnel uitwerken en hiervoor advertenties runnen op Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.

Hoe ziet de werkomgeving eruit? *

Tiptoh bestaat nog maar slechts uit twee werknemers en dit zijn de twee oprichters. Deze stageplaats is de allereerste in ons bestaan. Je zal dus nauw samenwerken met ons beiden naargelang het onderwerp in een heel flexibele werksfeer.

Je kiest zelf wanneer je werkt en waar je werkt. We zitten in de coworking space van Start It @KBC aan de Havenlaan in Brussel, samen met vele andere start-ups. Je kan zowel hier werken als thuis. Wat je zelf het liefste hebt.

Naar wie zijn we juist op zoek?

Je bent een zelfstandig persoon met creatieve ideeën en een goede pen die wilt meewerken aan beter klimaat. Je weet iets van (digital) marketing en je bent in staat op je eigen houtje content te creëren. Je houdt van een flexibele werkomgeving met heel veel autonomie.

[FR] Tiptoh est une alternative végétale au lait de vache, fabriquée à partir de pois jaunes. Nous avons développé trois saveurs et le lancement officiel aura lieu dans les prochains mois. Le choix de son régime alimentaire est le choix le plus influent qu’une personne puisse faire au niveau individuel en matière de changement climatique. Avec Tiptoh, nous voulons rendre accessible la transition vers une alimentation plus végétale. Tiptoh a été fondé par Louis et Arnaud. Louis a travaillé comme kinésithérapeute pendant six ans avant d’avoir l’idée de fabriquer une boisson à base de pois. Il a facilement convaincu son beau-frère Arnaud de rejoindre le projet immédiatement après ses études d’ingénieur commercial. Aujourd’hui, un an et demi plus tard, nous recherchons une personne qui puisse nous aider dans le domaine du marketing (digital) et de la communication pour notre lancement national.

Quelles sont vos responsabilités ?

• médias sociaux: planification et développement du contenu

• communication: collaboration à la stratégie de communication pour le lancement, mais aussi rédaction efficace d’e-mails pour nos abonnés ou élaboration d’un texte pour un prospectus

• publicité numérique: élaborez le sales funnel avec Louis et Arnaud et créez des publicités sur Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.

À quoi ressemble l’environnement de travail ?*

Tiptoh ne compte que deux employés et ce sont les deux fondateurs. Ce stage est le tout premier de notre existence. Vous travaillerez donc en étroite collaboration avec l’un et l’autre, selon le sujet, dans une atmosphère de travail très flexible.

Vous choisissez quand vous travaillez et où vous travaillez. Nous sommes dans l’espace de coworking de Start It @KBC sur la Havenlaan à Bruxelles, avec de nombreuses autres start-ups. Vous pouvez travailler ici ou chez vous. Comme vous préférez.

Qui recherchons-nous exactement ?

Vous êtes une personne indépendante avec des idées créatives et une bonne plume qui veut contribuer à un meilleur environnement. Vous vous y connaissez en marketing ( digital ) et vous êtes capable de créer du contenu par vous-même. Vous aimez un environnement de travail flexible avec beaucoup d’autonomie.

Tiptoh was founded by Louis and Arnaud. Louis worked as a physiotherapist for six years and came up with the idea of making a pea drink. He could easily persuade his brother-in-law Arnaud to join him right after his studies of commercial engineering. Today we are a year and a half further and we are therefore looking for someone who can help us in the field of (digital) marketing and communication with our national launch.

What are your responsibilities?

• social media: content planning and development;

• communication: contribute to the communication strategy for the launch and effectively write yourself from time to time (think of writing messages for our subscribers or developing the copy of a flyer);

• digital advertising: developing the sales funnel together with Louis and Arnaud and publishing advertisements for this on Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.

What is the work environment like?

Tiptoh consists of only two employees, the two founders. This internship is the first of our existence. You will thus work closely with one of us depending on the subject in a very flexible working atmosphere.

You choose when you work and where you work. We are located in the Start It @KBC coworking space on the Havenlaan in Brussels, together with many other start-ups. You can work here or at home. Whatever your prefere.

Who exactly are we looking for?

You are an independent person with creative ideas and a good pen who wants to contribute to a better climate. You know something about (digital) marketing and are able to create content yourself. You like working in a flexible environment with a lot of independence.
