Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Marketing Manager for the Executive Masters team!

Function

As the Marketing Manager Executive Masters you will create, implement, evaluate and optimize a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy for our Executive Masters. You will closely collaborate with the business leads of the Executive Master and with the other members of the marketing team.

Your responsibilities :

• Strategically
• Establish positioning, identify target customers, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives to deliver on customer needs and business needs of the Executive Master’s and Customized Programs’ portfolio;
• Lead the execution of marketing plans and multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns from start to finish;
• Gather and analyze customer and market insights, customer trends, competitors, products and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly;
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development;

• Operationally
• Create and manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points;
• Increase brand awareness and market share of AMS’s product portfolio;
• Participate in events and provide sales support;
• Establish budget guidelines and document business processes;
• Developing and managing the marketing budget for your internal business clients in the Executive Masters;
• Preparing and presenting monthly reports to your internal business clients and business leads.
• Fuel and support marketing automation, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads;
• Work with external marketing suppliers, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets;

Profile

• You have 5+ years relevant marketing experience;
• You have good organizational abilities and a hands-on mentality which you have put to use in prior project management;
• You possess an extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
• You are proficient in online inbound marketing and social media strategy
• You are data- and result-driven;
• You combine a strong commercial feeling with an interest in executive education;
• You easily interact with diverse stakeholders;
• You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy;
• You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
