We’re seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our client’s team that specializes in DevOps, infrastructure, and security. This dynamic group operates across international teams, collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, including IT, the Security Office, and R&D management.

Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Guide the team toward self-organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth progress.
  • Facilitate essential meetings such as stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives, keeping the team focused on key priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to processes like the Definition of Done.
  • Assist in setting priorities alongside the Product Owner.
Requirements And Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Several years of experience as a scrum master or in a leading role within a Kanban team.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps and/or (product/cyber) security.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
