In pursuit to further grow our Life Sciences & Healthcareconsulting practice, Monitor Deloitte is currently looking for a (Senior) Manager.

As a Life Sciences & Healthcare Manager/Senior Manager, you will:
  • Work with great people for great clients, including the largest life sciences companies, healthcare providers, government agencies, and research institutions at global, regional, and local level
  • Contribute to and deliver a wide range of projects for the life sciences & healthcare industry related – but not limited to:
    • Business strategy and innovation
    • Pricing, market access, and reimbursement strategy
    • Go-to-market and commercial strategy
    • Health economics and outcomes research, including health economic modelling and observational studies to generate clinical and/or economic evidence
    • Health policy assessment
  • Support in overall project delivery, applying primary and secondary research methods as well as in-depth market assessment and data analysis
  • Coaching and development of more junior resources on projects
  • In addition, you play an active role in business development activities and internal initiatives, supporting the growth of our Life Sciences practice
  • Develop compelling and robust internal propositions and client facing proposals.
  • By our team you will work on the most challenging business questions our clients are facing today, teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Strategy, Analytics and M&A (SAMA) portfolio

Let’s Talk About You

  • Scientific Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution in the areas of biomedical sciences, pharmacy, medicine, life sciences research, or statistics and data science (especially biostatistics), or you have equivalent working experience in the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare industry
  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience working in Life Sciences and/or Healthcare in either an academic or commercial setting
  • Good understanding of clinical concepts (i.e., clinical research methods, outcome measures, etc.,) and/or health-economic principles
  • Outstanding analytical skills with strong business acumen
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with creativity
  • Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in any other European language is an asset
  • Post-graduate Master’s degree in (Health) Economics, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management is a definite plus
