For our hotel NH Collection Antwerp Centre we are looking for a night auditor, with the following qualities:
  • Eye for detail and quality;
  • Flexible;
  • Service minded;
  • Decisive;
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, other language is a plus
Profiel:
The key responsibility is to ensure that the night audit function is completed properly, these include, but do not eliminate: - carrying out the duties as at the reception desk (check-in and check-out of guests, answering questions and complaint handling); - ensure the safety of guests as well as colleagues during the night; - verify and complete guest bills; - audit the daily reports, solve differences and report the unsolved differences to management; - formulate sales-, occupancy- and the cash register reports.
