About Our Client

My client is active in the IT sector. They sell software solutions to their customers to improve their business.

Job Description
  • Take responsibility for receiving visitors to ensure that they are welcomed smoothly, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Manage the stock of office supplies, foodstuffs, and material related to facility, and ensure their right distribution and use.
  • Correctly perform administrative tasks to support the department to ensure a good and efficient administration within the departement can be guaranteed (Fleet, building, …)
  • Follow up a number of assigned files to ensure that the workload of his/her team members is limited
  • Support the Prevention Advisor with his/her activities (writing minutes, reports, …).
  • Support the Facility Coordinator with the organization of employees travels and ensure a right use of the travel platorm by employees.
  • Help in organizing internal or small-scale events
  • Act as Back up to the Facility activities when needed
  • Collaborate with the team members in order to reach the goals of the Department
  • Actively contributes to success of others
  • On request, participates part time in X-divisional and X-functional projects.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor’s degree (Executive Secretary, or equal through experience).
  • Professional experience of at least 2 or 3 years in an administration department (Facility, Fleet, …)
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • High level expertise in windows Office suite and knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Share Point)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Great ease in the layout of various documents (Word, Power Point) and knowledge of various tools of communication (Forms for surveys, …)
