We are looking for a rockstar Office Manager to support the business by ensuring a smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
What you’ll do:
- Lead office expansion, renovation and decoration projects, liaising between service providers (architect, furniture suppliers, etc) and our CEO.
- Manage office budget, while keeping a close eye on supplier agreements in an effort to reduce costs
- Implement and maintain a structured and centralized approach to office management and other administrative tasks, which will include:
- Making sure that the office is fully equipped with coffee, tea, stationery, snacks, etc.
- Acting as POC for our office suppliers and the building administration
- Intervening when something doesn’t work as expected at the office, taking the necessary steps to ensure timely support (from either internal IT support or external providers)
- Answering incoming phone calls and managing correspondence (mail, registered mail, deliveries, etc)
- Receiving and liaising with suppliers and service providers
- Managing employee badges and parking tickets
- Organizing company events
- You are service-oriented by nature and enjoy going the extra mile to ensure top-quality business support
- You thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments
- You love being around people and are an outstanding communicator
- You are able to take full leadership on your projects to ensure a timely delivery
- You are extremely well organized and detail-oriented, but also able to look at the full picture and prioritize accordingly
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in office management or similar administrative roles
- You have excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and can easily learn new IT systems and tools
- Ideally, you hold a bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Full-time, permanent contract in the music industry
