Our client’s company is growing and is in the process of structuring their organization. Your mission is to take charge of and carry out the daily administrative, financial and HR tasks of the company in order to ensure its smooth running. You work under the leadership of the COO and are in close collaboration with the department responsible for finance based in the UK on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities:

- Finance

  • Monthly customer billing process, payment tracking, entry into accounting systems
  • Monitoring and payment of supplier invoices, entry into accounting systems
  • Monitoring of customer and supplier accounts
  • Management of expense reports and expense receipts
  • Daily monitoring of cash flows and banking
  • Support and co-ordination assistance for external audits
  • Daily interface with the finance department based in the UK

– HR

  • Initiation and monitoring of recruitment processes in support of operational teams
  • Time and leave tracking
  • Management of arrivals and departures of the company
  • Payslip and monitoring of salary payments (via the accountant)

- Administration

  • Office management (office life, supplies)
  • Organization of trips and exhibitions
  • Maintenance of legal registers
  • Lend a hand in the daily life of the company

Required profile :

  • Desire to evolve in an environment where there is a lot to do, where there are many opportunities
  • Ready to step out of your comfort zone, progress and get involved
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Rigour, autonomy. With us it really makes the difference
  • Notions of accounting, finance, management control and payroll required
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is essential, french is an asset.
