Voor onze productie afdeling Liquids, Ointments and Creams in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we op zoek naar een Manager Productie

De Manager Productie geeft leiding aan een team van operatoren en zorgt ervoor dat de productie efficiënt, veilig en kwaliteitsvol verloopt rekening houdend met de procedures geldend in de pharmaceutische industrie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Organiseren en opvolgen van je team op basis van de productieplanning;

• Verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en effectieve werkvoorbereiding;

• Managen, ontwikkelen en optimiseren van een team van Operatoren;

• Instaan voor de optimale kwaliteit van de geleverde producten;

• Als lijneigenaar: Opstellen, uitvoeren, en evalueren van verbeteringsdoelen.

Vereiste opleiding, ervaring en vaardigheden

• Hogere opleiding in een wetenschappelijk omgeving;

• Ervaring in een gereguleerde productieomgeving (Young Potentials komen in aanmerking);

• Open om in ploegen te werken;

• Gedreven persoonlijkheid met interesse in techniek;

• Aangeboren zin voor complexiteit en een affiniteit om verbeteringen aan te brengen.
