Our customer is a natural gas transport infrastructure group operating in the European market.

Job Description

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure the execution of the annual maintenance plan
  • Track progress through monthly KPIs, seeking optimal use of resources (material, human, financial)
  • Respect your budget
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (Projects, Engineering, HR, Procurement, ...) to ensure the smooth running of operational missions


Leadership

  • Provide coaching and evaluation of your employees and ensure they develop/possess the necessary skills to ensure the operation and maintenance of the facilities


Optimization & Digitization

  • Continuous improvement
  • Optimization of the operation and maintenance of our infrastructure,
  • Digitization of our tools and work methods
  • Energy transition, including the development of a hydrogen and CO2 network


The Successful Applicant

  • A master’s degree in engineering (specializing in electromechanics/electricity, energy, or chemistry)
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Established experience in team management and agility in the face of change
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English.
