My client, worldwide insurance, is currently looking for an operations specialist to strengthen its Brussels team.

Description


Your responsibilities - Operations Specialist:

  • Control and review failed messages of contracts and identify and resolve issues based on the scanned placing document.
  • Liaise directly with the managing agents to query and resolve errors in risk premium and claims data provided through review of received data and contracts.
  • Validation and completion of failed risk bordereau submissions.
  • Review, assessment and manual input of endorsements and associated exception handling.
  • Production of documentation and obtaining agreeement to the transaction from the Managing Agent.
  • Contribute to an open and transparent culture of risk management and demonstrate a strong awareness of the risks that should be managed within the responsibilities of the role.

Profiles


Your profile - Operations Specialist:

  • You demonstrate an awareness of the responsibilities of the role, as well as have previous relevant experience.
  • You speak English. French or Dutch are assets.
  • Knowledge of (re)insurance industry and/or experience in contract, premium and claims booking processes is highly desirable.
