We are currently looking for an Order Administrator to join IDT.

As an Order Administrator you are mainly responsible for entering and processing orders coming in through IDT’s website or submitted via e-mail, as well as keeping customer information up to date. During the training period you will be learning to use the needed software and get to know IDT’s products and their specifications in order to have those orders entered.

The ideal candidate for this job has a high school degree, has some experience with data entry and has a continuous eye for detail. Since you will be working with a computer most of the time it is of course very important that you have good typing skills and that you are familiar with software like Microsoft Excel and Word. A high level of English, both written and spoken, is also vital to perform this job well.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry.
  • Order Administration – Process incoming orders, enter and maintain customer information, confirm orders, and route orders to the correct production department.
  • Data Validation.
  • Distribute incoming e-mails.
Job Qualifications
  • Have a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Some experience with data entry preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills which would include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Be able to interact in a professional manner with customers, employees and all levels of management.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently. Other languages are a bonus.
