Komatsu is the 2nd largest worldwide manufacturer of construction, mining and utility equipment, and also delivers forest machines and logistics.

At this moment we are looking for a Africa order fulfillment manager.

Responsibilities

Management Africa order fulfillment operations;

  • Instruction and coordination of Production & Logistics schedule
  • Stock management
  • Making quotation / Making logic of Price List to distributor
  • Communication with distributor, factory & Komatsu regional office in Africa
  • Project planning for Africa Administration
  • Documentation management including ordering operation
  • Cross functional coordination with Marketing/Finance/Aftermarket for Transactions
  • Making sales forecast and control actual sales
  • Export control
  • Calculating transfer price
  • Trouble shooting
  • Business responsibility

Requirements

  • Master (preferred: Economics/Accounting) or equal by experience
  • Min 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar position and in stock management
  • Numerical literacy, excellent communication skills, commercial feelings
  • English is mandatory, French is an asset
  • Flexible, open minded, entrepreneur, pro-active, team player
  • Multi-cultural mindset
