The role you play ?

The Patients Access Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that patients across various regions have timely and equitable access to radiotheranostics-based cancer therapies. Working closely with the scientific team, the coordinator will expand patient access programs, manage grants, and organize research data, all while fostering partnerships and supporting Oncidium’s outreach and publications.

How Will You Make an Impact?

Expanding the RLT-Connect Platform:Enhance and manage the RLT-Connect platform to facilitate patient access and support.

Patient Advocacy and Support:Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and the foundation to facilitate access to necessary treatments.Provide information and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options, eligibility, and access programs.

Grants Management:Keep track of Oncidium’s grants, ensuring effective use and reporting on outcomes.

Project Organization and Data Analysis:Organize project results and conduct data analysis to improve program effectiveness.

Scientific Publications:Run the editorial board for Oncidium’s scientific publications and contribute to editorial processes.

Bibliography Search:Assist the scientific team with bibliography searches to support research and publications.

Partnerships and Market Intelligence:Identify opportunities for partnerships, market insights, and product intelligence within different regions.Collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other stakeholders to establish partnerships that enhance patient access.

Scientific Interaction:Reach out to and interact with scientific experts in the field, particularly concerning technical aspects.Work closely with the scientific team to stay informed about the latest advancements in radiotheranostics and ensure patients are aware of these options. Support the scientific team in identifying potential barriers to treatment access and developing solutions.

Community Outreach and Education:Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about radiotheranostics and the foundation’s access programs.Develop educational materials and resources for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to improve understanding of available treatments.

Compliance and Ethics:Ensure all patient interactions and access programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to the highest standards of patient care and support.

The Perfect Match?

  • Background in medical, biological, physical, engineering sciences, or health management
  • Knowledge or experience in Nuclear Medicine, radiotheranostics or oncology
  • Advanced proficiency in English (oral, spoken, and written)
  • Interest in new healthcare technologies
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office environment and skilled in using various digital tools and platforms relevant to the role
  • Outgoing with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • A team player who can create relationships at all levels but also work autonomously in a structured manner
  • Ready to tackle new programs, processes, or tasks
  • Able to manage time efficiently
  • Based in Belgium
