THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Payments Product Manager to join its Platform Product team.

Product Managers work within a cross-functional team in an agile environment to build awesome products. They help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company and deliver value for our customers and our business. The role would report to the Product Lead and will be instrumental in elevating our product offering. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record within Product Management with at least 3 years of experience in online gaming, fintech or similar industries. We are looking for driven, creative, passionate people with a strong product mindset who deeply care about the customer and have strong business acumen.

YOUR ROLE
  • Discover and determine the product to be built based on deep understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points and our business and its objectives
  • Drive product development as Product manager within an agile team of engineers, architects, designers, quality assurance, BI analysts
  • Articulate what success looks like and rally the team to turn the vision into reality: through ideation, technical development and launch of products and initiatives
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Deeply care about our customers and be tuned in to their pain points and need, and always keep them at the forefront of product development
  • Obtain deep knowledge of the performance data and drive product improvements to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Understand the industry and our customer base, and deliver products and initiatives that are aligned

YOUR PROFILE
  • A Bachelor degree in a Business or Technical field is strongly recommended
  • Product mindset
  • At least 3 years in Product Management in Payments
  • Empathy
  • Strong communication skills (story-telling, ability to express complex concepts in simple words, ability to discuss with engineers, designers, subject-matter experts, ability to structure requirements in a clear manner)
  • Experience in an agile environment with focus on measurable outcomes
  • Data analysis
  • Basic UX and engineering understanding
  • Strong people skills
  • Creativity
  • Business acumen
  • Persistence
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Fluent English is required; spoken French is a plus
