How You Will Contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

My Pay Advisor (Payroll Officer) Blue collars
Description
As a My Pay Advisor (payroll officer) at Mondelez International - Belgium, you report to the My Pay Team Lead Benelux. You will be located in our Namur plant and be responsible for the Blue collar population, with a possibility to expand your responsibility to the white collar population as well. Your peers will be located in our other sites: Mechelen, Herentals and Breda.
In this role, you work closely with Plant management, People Lead (HR business partner), People experience advisor (HR advisors) and the service centre (located abroad). The Mondelez family welcomes you with open arms!
Primary Responsibilities
- Keep the absence and attendances on track in the SAP system on a daily basis.
- Take care of personnel administration (Hire to retire, timecredits…) in Workday/SAP/Payroll system.
- Execute timely and accurate payroll administration and related reportings.
- Responsible for blue collar payroll, with a possibility to expand to white collar payroll.
- Act as a first point of contact for Mondelez’ employees and their payroll and social law related questions.
- Bachelor in HR management / Business administration / Economics, or a similar education
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a payroll function
- Knowledge of Belgian social law
- You are analytical and curious, learn quickly and solve problems.
- Knowledge SAP, Windows / MS Office - Expert knowledge Excel
- Knowledge of Workday and Acerta (mainframe L4 or Connect) is nice to have
- Languages: French & English, Dutch Is an asset.

En tant que My Pay Advisor (payroll officer) chez Mondelez International – Belgique vous serez situé dans notre site de Namur et serez responsable de paie pour les ouvriers, avec la possibilité d’étendre votre responsabilité à la population des employés. Vos collègues sont situés dans nos autres sites : Malines, Herentals et Breda et vous travaillerez sous l’autorité du My Pay BNL Lead.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillez en collaboration avec le People Lead (Directeur RH), le People experience advisor (RH advisor) et le centre de services (situé à l’étranger). La famille Mondelez vous accueille à bras ouverts !
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer le suivi quotidien des absences et des présences dans le système SAP.
- S’occuper de l’administration du personnel (d’embauche à la retraite, crédits de temps...) dans le système Workday/SAP/Payroll.
- Exécuter en temps voulu et avec précision l’administration de la paie et les rapports y afférents.
- Vous êtes responsable de la paie des ouvriers, avec la possibilité d’étendre votre responsabilité à la paie des employés.
- Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les ouvriers/employés de Mondelez et leurs questions relatives à la paie et au droit social.
- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines / administration des affaires / économie, ou une formation similaire
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction de gestionnaire de paie
- Connaissance de la législation sociale belge
- Vous êtes analytique et curieux, apprenez rapidement et résolvez des problèmes.
- Connaissance de SAP, Windows / MS Office - Connaissance experte d’Excel
- Une connaissance de Workday et Acerta (mainframe L4 ou Connect) est un atout.
- Langues : Français et anglais, le néerlandais est un atout.
