We are looking for a dynamic People & Culture Specialist for a company in Hoogstraten. The international company focuses on creating sustainable products for foodservice. Are you a people person? Do you like bringing people together as one ? Are you an empathic person with good communication skills? Then the position as People & Culture Specialist might be for you.

The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for:

* Implementing and optimizing people development processes, guidelines and projects
* Develop and implement talent management and succession and career planning
* Support culture and change initiatives to increase people engagement
* Create, launch and refine sustainability initiative to create a ’Great place to work’
* Develop and implement needs-based training programs
* Creating people development concepts

The ideal People & Culture Specialist:

* Has a Bachelor in a HR-related field
* Has 3 years of work experience in HR/ Talent Acquisition
* Is fluent in English and a good knowledge of Dutch (Other languages are a bonus)
* Has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Is an excellent communicator
* Is a team player and go-getter
