Your profile

You’re a digital advertising specialist with at least 2 year of experience setting up and monitoring online advertising campaigns.
You love jumping around in the different ad managers and your #1 motivation to get up out of bed in the morning is seeing your ROAS increase.
As a data driven person you value results over opinion and you constantly experiment to gain new insights.

You’re committed to the results of your clients, oh, and you’re excited to join our monthly pizza & beer thursday .

Your Task

As a marketeer you will be constantly running ad campaigns, monitoring their performance and tune them where needed.

Your abilities

Do you check most of the boxes in this list? Or do you check some but have a great attitude and learning potential? Get in touch with us

  • You know Facebook Ads & Google Ads (Search / Shopping / Display) by heart
  • You know how to translate business goals into performance metrics and set-up the right campaign types
  • You have an analytical mind and are able to analyse statistics and ad performance
  • You are experienced with Google Analytics & Google Data Studio
  • The technicalities of Google Tag Manager, custom conversions, facebook catalogs, … don’t scare you
  • You are have strong & fluent communication skills
  • You are ambitious, a quick learner and naturally go the extra mile
  • You are an empathic person and can easily put yourself in the shoes of potential customers to better understand the customer journey
  • BONUS: you can create appealing ads in sketch or figma
  • BONUS: you can write sales copy
  • BONUS: you know the cool analytic platforms like Windsor.ai / Hotjar / …
  • BONUS: you know how to use platforms like InstaPage / Elfsight / …
  • BONUS: You have basic html / css knowledge
