About Our Client

Our client, located in Zaventem, is active in the Pharmaceutical sector. Their value? Quality, flexibility, innovation. In the context of increasing their production capacity, the company is looking for an office management assistant to work full time with 1 or 2 days of teleworking.

Job Description

  • Proactively manage and maintain agendas; coordinate meetings with internal and external clients;
  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms, conference and video facilities;
  • Handling external and internal telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner;
  • File management; organizing and opening files, closing files;
  • Organizing and managing travel arrangements; preparing key documents including visas.


The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least a higher education degree and relevant experience;
  • You have an excellent oral and written knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
  • You have a good knowledge of current MS Office applications.
  • You have excellent organizational skills, you work proactively and carefully for a quality end result.
  • You are building a strong network and good social relations
