With Axis Projects, we are looking for a personal assistant to support the CEO of our client, active in the banking and insurance world.

Our client is one of the major players in the Belgian market in the field of private asset management. They offer various products, including investment funds, pension savings and other investments.

How can you make a difference to our client and the management team?
Due to the prolonged absence of the CEO’s Management Assistant, we are looking for a dynamic, direct and experienced personal assistant to take over the duties of the current CEO’s Assistant for a period of one year.
The responsibilities are located in four different areas:
Daily support to the CEO and the management team:
  • Diary management;
  • Organization of meetings;
  • Follow-up of phone calls and mail;
  • Booking travel and other daily administrative tasks.
Organization and follow-up of meetings for the members of the Executive Committee:
  • Executive Committee: preparation, memorandum and report (ENG), research and distribution of documentation, organization and follow-up ;
  • Preparation of the RVB pension fund, memo and report (FR), research and distribution of documentation, organisation and follow-up;
  • Works council agenda (NL/FR) and follow-up.
Internal communication:
  • Internal online/offline communication;
  • Executive Committee communication;
  • Monthly newsletter (with input from various departments);
  • Intranet follow-up.
Corporate events:
  • Organize all events, meetings and others that emanate from the Executive Committee ;
  • This is often in cooperation with other departments such as communication and HR;
  • Initiatives will also have to be taken in the context of the move which is planned for the beginning of 2022.

Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and perfectly trilingual colleague (freelance or consultant) for a one year assignment (which can be extended if necessary for the client);
  • You have experience in supporting a management team, at C level in a rather large structure, experience in the banking sector is certainly a plus;
  • You have a perfect command of Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken;
  • If we had to summarize your attitude, you would fit the following description: proactive, assertive, efficient and precise, flexible, punctual and of course discreet.

Axis Projects, on behalf of our client, offers you a challenging experience for a long term assignment as a freelancer or consultant.
You will receive a competitive salary based on your experience.
You can count on an induction period, with the current AP of one month, from December 2021 until at least December 2022.
You can count on qualitative support from the client, but also from Axis Projects.
You will work part-time in the office and part-time at home. For the familiarization period, it is recommended to be present in the office full time.
