About The JobAs Supply Planner for our Plant Based Platform, you are responsible for building a comprehensive supply plan for all Plant Based (PB) supply points in Europe. You report directly to the Plant Based Platform Leader. You will be part of the team mastering all aspects related to Mid Term / Long Term (MT/LT) supply planning. Within this team you will be in the lead on UHT Drinks. Your main location is the office in Zwevegem (Belgium), which you can combine with working from other locations/from home as well.About The JobIn this position, your responsibilities include
  • Own the capacity and capability declaration of the supply points and follow-up on adherence to the plan, with regular communication to Country Business Units (CBUs).
  • Construct optimal MT/LT capacity plan; overviewing total network strategy & optimizing plant allocation, including defining upstream and network elements, balancing service, (manufacturing and logistics) cost and working capital.
  • Build comprehensive reporting and analytics on GPS, R&O and strat plan master plan evolution. Animate MT/LT supply scenario’s supporting the build of the appropriate capacity expansion master plan.
  • Assist in CAR (capex) file construction for the elements related to capacity.
  • Assist in designing MT/LT supply planning processes and supporting tools, allowing to make regular and qualitative updates of global PB supply platform in all time horizons
  • Establish close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to capture, process and provide recommendation on all PB supply points on the full horizon (ST planning team, PMO, PBAU, CBU, R&I, Global PB supply planners…)
  • Take lead / be part of projects to
    • (Co-)lead major capacity and capability extension plans across the PB network
    • Assist & define in portfolio optimization and interchangeability tracks
    • Engage in planning optimization projects with the supply points, EU and local logistics.
About you
  • You have a master economical university degree, specialization in supply chain is a plus; or equivalent through experience;
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar job, preferably in planning;
  • You are familiar with the way of working in supply chain capacity calculation, tools (Demand & Planning), KPI’s;
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to connect with different stakeholders, both internally and externally;
  • You are a problem solver and real team player who is driven to go for results;
  • You combine an analytical mindset with a business oriented attitude;
  • You have an autonomous, pro-active approach and great presentation skills;
  • MS Office – Excel is known to you;
  • You speak & write fluent English, French & Dutch is a plus.
