Job Description
ICF Next is one of Europe’s leading integrated communication agencies, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.
We are looking for a dynamic team player to fill the position of Portfolio Manager. This role would be based at one of our client’s premises.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and services
  • Allocates resources according to need, defines work packages, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality control, risk analysis as well as daily management and follow-up
  • Leads problem resolution
  • Participates in working groups and progress meetings
  • Manages portfolio planning and resources
  • Reports progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders
  • Assesses change requests and coordinates change management
  • Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business requirements of the portfolio
  • Oversees quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  • Provides effective leadership for the different project teams, ensuring that project managers and team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in portfolio, project, service and/or quality management
  • Knowledge of management standards, methodologies and reporting methods
  • Experience working with widely used portfolio and project management tools.
  • Focused on the user/customer
  • English: Understanding (C1), Speaking (C1), Writing (C1)
  • French – at least B2 level in Understanding, Speaking, and Writing
  • ADVANTAGE: Knowledge of Russian and/or Spanish
