Introduction

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pricing Analyst, based in Leuven.
The position will report to Griet Gilis, Manager Business Development.
The Industrial Solutions team - AfterMarket is looking for a Pricing Analyst to provide pricing analysis and market expertise for the EMEA sales teams. Successfully doing so, you’ll enables business growth within Europe. This position is situated in its EMEA HQ in Leuven.

Responsibilities:

As Pricing Analyst, you will bring value to Donaldson through:
  • Analyzing and maintaining European Price List data for the after-market and service business, according to the defined pricing strategy
    • Including daily pricing administration & sales teams support
    • Newly released items
    • Maintaining European Price List
  • Designing and maintaining Pricing Activity Dashboards to assure an on-going management visibility of pricing activities
  • Analyzing, maintaining, and disseminating market data within the different areas of the business
  • Data preparation, analysis & suggestion for price reviews of European price list, Customer specific price lists
    • Closely collaborating with sales & management teams
    • Based on conducted market research
  • Working on strategic projects and data bases
    • Competitive market pricing
    • Net pricing
    • Cost prognoses
  • By developing recommendations & scenarios for further pricing analysis & strategic projects to ensure continuous business growth

Your Profile:
  • Higher Education (Bachelor or Master), preferably in business administration, economics, or finance, or equivalent through experience
  • 3 years’ experience in price analysis
  • Strong business and strategic insights
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Self-starter with good communication skills
  • IT skills – MS Office with advanced Excel skills, Oracle
  • English is a must, any other European language is an asset
