The offer

Responsibilities

  • Visualisation and assessment of existing processes
  • Identifying any non-conformities according to existing GMP and data integrity guidelines
  • Creating productive relationships with and gathering the required information from different teams and departments
  • Ensure the project planning consolidation
  • Ensure the monitoring of the installation by the subcontractor, making sure the installation is installed in compliance with the specifications
  • If necessary, ensure troubleshooting and do everything possible to solve any problems
  • Ensure the subcontractor schedule is maintained and communicate any deviation


Requirements

Qualifications

  • A Master degree in engineering or equivalent by experience
  • Strong technical skills : Facilities, Utilities, HVAC, …
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Warehousing, Supply Chain and Production Management are a plus
  • Skilled in process visualisation
  • Proficient in Visio
  • Green Belt Certification and/or Prince2 certification
  • Experience in GMP
  • Minimum of full professional proficiency in French and English
