At NDTE in Bruges, we spend most of our time building NephroFlow, a process-oriented software platform for dialysis centers. Our software supports nephrologists and nurses at every step of the care process.

To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a Product Specialist Digital Solutions.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will have the opportunity to delve into the legal, medical, and business aspects concerning dialysis software within specific local markets. Your role will involve ensuring that the necessary TOM’s and procedures are diligently developed to facilitate the successful introduction of the product in both existing and prospective markets. You will work out of Mechelen and in close collaboration with the team in Bruges.

What you’ll do

• Work with customers and other (internal & external) stakeholders to identify market-specific functional and technical software requirements.
• Document these requirements as user needs and provide sufficient context for the R&D teams.
• Validate the captured user needs with relevant stakeholders.
• Prioritize user needs to provide input to the release definition meetings. Assure alignment within the NME Sales management team of the development priorities taking strategic and geographical priorities into account.
• Provide early feedback, using your knowledge of the markets, to the R&D teams during the conceptualization and development phase. Work out the long term development plan for our digital solution, in order to stay relevant whilst taking into account the different trends in the market.
• Be the spokesperson for internal alignment for the different integration projects into the further digitalization of our Nipro Branded product portfolio and R&D projects. Together with the R&D teams and other internal/external stakeholders you will validate the proposed solutions.
• The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and JSOX requirements, whilst always taking Nipro values into account

What You’ll Need

• You hold a Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, or computer science, and 3+ years of experience in an similar role (e.g. business analyst, functional analyst, marketing research, UX researcher,…)
• You take initiative and proactively reach out to others when needed.
• You are willing to travel to talk to customers, partners, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• You work smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work.
• You are an independent thinker who is naturally inquisitive.
• You can clearly separate problems from solutions.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision.
• You have an affinity with software development.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the hospital sector or the medical landscape is a plus.
• Excellent command in English and French is required, additional languages are a plus
