We are seeking a mature and driven Product Manager to help lead our product evolution through strategic planning, agile development, and high-impact releases. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our product roadmap delivers outstanding value to our customers and supports our growth ambitions.

As a Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - translating strategy into actionable plans and inspiring cross-functional teams to execute with excellence.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with a strong connection to business strategy, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Feature Design and Roadmap Execution: Collaborate closely with delivery teams to translate product vision into clear initiatives, breaking down complex features into impactful releases.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build trusted relationships across product, client success, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights, update priorities, and foster cross-functional alignment.
  • Release Leadership: Orchestrate successful product launches by partnering with go-to-market teams, ensuring readiness across all touchpoints.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • A strong understanding of Agile principles, with practical experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate customer and business insights into clear product direction and decisions.
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator, comfortable influencing across diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Natural ownership mindset, with a desire to make a broad impact and grow into increasingly strategic product leadership roles.
